Membership Of Our Multi-style Association

Sil Lum Kune is a multi style association open to all styles of martial arts. At present we cater for clubs / groups / styles such as Kickboxing, Freestyle, Tae Kwon Do and Karate as well as the Kung Fu / Chinese Boxing styles. Paul Burkinshaw is also the Chief Instructor of Sil Lum Hark Fu Mun (UK branch). Paul has many year’s experience within the martial arts industry, and has trained in many styles of martial arts. Besides Paul’s position as Chief Instructor of Sil Lum Kune, Paul also has experience in the following :-

Tae Kwon Do (1st Dan Black Belt)
Freestyle & Kickboxing (2nd Dan Black Belt)
White Tiger Kung Fu (instructor level)
Praying Mantis Kung Fu
Wing Chun Kung Fu
Karate
Western Boxing
 
Paul believes that his experience within these many styles of martial arts gives him a fair understanding
and mutual respect of other martial arts when dealing with other styles and instructors.
The association is supported by regular courses in First Aid, Coaching courses, Referee / Judging courses, competitions,
weapons training, seminars, fight nights, discos etc.

The association can offer good quality hard-back licences, insurance cover, certificates and validation of grades etc, plus friendly and co-operative dealings with all our members.
